With over 35 years in the power industry, I've been driven by a vision to spark change and empower others. From pioneering reforms at Tata Power DDL to elevating Central Odisha's energy sector as Chief Commercial Officer during its founding period, my greatest pride has been catalyzing a major breakthrough in India's ranking in the World Bank's Ease of Doing Business in Electricity and championing national sustainability initiatives. Yet, my most rewarding legacy remains inspiring people and helping individuals and teams realize their potential and achieve remarkable growth.
My academic roots at NIT Warangal and IIM Bangalore ignited a lifelong passion for development. I've since embraced transformative frameworks like 3A and 3E, the Pareto principle, law of attraction and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, blending IQ, EQ, and SQ to help others break barriers and create lasting impact. Now, my life's work is about giving back.
